Art Displays Fuel Hatred against
Jews and Americans

California Attorney General Bill Lockyer, in his official capacity, is sponsoring and hosting a leftist lawyers art exhibit that contains a collection of art displays with themes that are blatantly anti-American, anti-military, antisemitic, anti-Israel, anti-Republican, anti-President Bush, and anti-conservative. The art exhibit is on display from July 15 through July 31, 2005, in the first floor cafeteria at the California Department of Justice building on I Street, at the state capitol. This art exhibit is also jointly sponsored by the tax payer-funded California Arts Council, a state government agency, and the Side Bar Cafe. The California Lawyers for the Arts (http://www.calawyersforthearts.org/), a nonprofit group founded in the Bay Area in 1974 to aid artists with their legal issues, is also involved in this exhibit.

Democrat Attorney General Bill Lockyer said of the antisemitic and anti-American art exhibit, as quoted in Press Release Number 103, dated July 12, 2005:

"It is an honor to co-host this powerful exhibit and display the talent of our legal community. Creative expression stimulates freedom of thought, appreciation for diversity and opens new windows onto the world in which we live. The collected works of these fine artists - and lawyers - achieve these worthwhile objectives with style and beauty."

California Arts Council Director Muriel Johnson said of the antisemitic and anti-American art exhibit, as quoted in the same press release:

"I was impressed by the show since I first heard about it. The work is wonderful, and demonstrates that art resides in people of all professions, including those who may be better known for logic and reason than creativity."

The art exhibit includes more than 30 paintings, sculptures and photographs by lawyer artists. Many have explicit and offensive political themes. "Jews as Nazis" Painting

One of the more offensive paintings contains antisemitic, anti-Israel, and anti-American messages slandering Jews and Americans. This "Jews as Nazis" painting portrays Jews and Israelis as Nazis committing genocide against innocent, harmless, helpless, peace-loving Arabs with the assistance of U.S. financial support.

This senseless and sadistic slander against Jews who are targets of genocidal Islamo-fascist mass murderers reverses the genocide mass murder-victim relationship. It is typical of the antisemitic, anti-Israel, and anti-American propaganda that is still prevalent in the government controlled press in Arab countries. The sadistic Arab propagandists also strive to perpetuate the Blood Libel against the Jews.

"U.S. Flag in the Toilet" Painting

Another highly offensive display, which has received the most publicity, appears to the left of the sadistic antisemitic painting. It features a painting of a U.S. flag, cut in the shape of a U.S. map, placed in a toilet. A pair of ceramic Western boots is placed on a table in front of the painting, appearing to symbolize President George W. Bush's Texas heritage. The creator of the boots, Corrine Singleton, told reporters that the boots represent "Western justice".

The painting has vertical text along its left side that reads, "T'ANKS TO MR. BUSH!", which appears to be a poor attempt at humor, saying "thanks" with a play on words given that the toilet has a "tank", or reservoir. T'ANKS also appears to be an anti-military reference, referring to armored tanks used in the War in Iraq.

This painting is the creation of Stephen Pearcy, a leftist Berkeley lawyer with a house in Sacramento. Pearcy enraged the public earlier by hanging an effigy of an American soldier on the outside of his Sacramento home with a sign that read, "Bush lied, I died." Angry residents tore the effigies down.

Pearcy is alleged to have harassed three young women renting a house from him after they placed a campaign sign for President Bush inside a house window. According to the story, it was not long before the women were forced to move out. This fits the pattern of leftists Democrats who strongly support freedom of speech, but only for those who agree with them.

Pearcy's "Flag in the Toilet" painting is accompanied by a political note attacking President Bush, the Iraq War, Republicans, Conservatives, police, and pollution.

Bill Lockyer Endangered Our Troops and Citizens

Bill Lockyer, a soft-on-crime leftist Democrat, has ignored complaints and refused to remove the offensive racist and anti-American art displays from the government building. He has misused public resources to help slander Jews, President Bush, Republicans, and conservatives.

The real danger and damage goes far beyond the sadistic slander of Jews who have a history of being targeted for genocide. The nature of the art exhibit and the wide spread publicity surrounding it has the serious potential to endanger our troops and our citizens by inciting and encouraging terrorists in Iraq, Israel, Europe, and the U.S.

This irresponsible activity compounds the danger created by recent incendiary public statements made on the Senate Floor by Democrat Senator Dick Durbin from Illinois, inaccurately and unfairly comparing the treatment of prisoners taken by U.S. soldiers with the mass murder and genocides committed by Hitler and the Nazi Germans, Pol Pot of Cambodia, and Joseph Stalin of the Soviet Union. Durbin incited terrorists, undoubtedly helping terrorist recruitment efforts. He also harmed Jews by minimizing the major genocides of the last century including the Nazi Holocaust and genocide against the Jews.

The exhibit's curator, Chuck Miller, treated concerned citizens who complained like legendary ostriches - he said, "if you don't like something, you don't have to look at it!" Miller is an art consultant and former owner of the Michael Himovitz Gallery.

How to Help

Many of the Democrat politicians and public figures have become overtly antisemitic, anti-Israel, anti-American, anti-military, and anti-police. The have become arrogant and unaccountable because most of them run for re-election in safe, noncompetitive gerrymandered election districts where they are guaranteed reelection due to the artificially large numbers of voters from their own party who are packed into their districts. The Democrat party rewards and protects rather than discipline its members who engage in the most unacceptable forms of misbehavior.

If you are offended by this outrageous art exhibit on government property and with government sponsorship, then please consider registering and voting Republican if you are not already doing so, and talk to your family, relatives, and friends. Both of his hands are in plain view, holding on to the barbed wire fence, making him appear harmless and helpless. Behind his head is a large white dove, symbolizing his alleged desire for peace. A light blue six-pointed Jewish Star made up of barbed wire encloses and entraps the dove and part of the Arab's head. The background is black or very dark, symbolizing danger or something sinister and evil. This painting is a vicious, slanderous, and sadistic Arab-style attack against Jews and Israel, reversing the terrorist-victim relationship by labeling Jews and Israel as Nazis committing genocide against Arabs who are misrepresented as innocent, harmless, helpless, peace-loving victims of massively excessive, unprovoked, unnecessary, and unjustifiable violence. This painting is also an attack against the United States, accusing the U.S. of financially supporting this alleged but nonexistent genocide through U.S. foreign aid to Israel.

This racist antisemitic painting uses the same familiar theme, elements, design, and overall motif of antisemitic, anti-Israel, and anti-American propaganda art and political cartoons that regularly appear in the government controlled press in Arab countries. This propaganda regularly portrays Jews, Israel, and the U.S. as Nazis who are murdering Arabs including Arab children. These cartoons also perpetuate the Blood Libel against the Jews, showing them drinking the blood of Arab children.

The white dove is a common thematic element in this propaganda, and is often shown with an olive branch. The Jew or the American is often shown killing or attacking the dove. The six-pointed Jewish Star is often made from barbed wire, or skulls and bones of Arab adults and children. The Arabs are depicted as peace-loving, harmless, helpless adults and children when in fact Arab terrorists mass-murder Jewish and American adults and children.

Jews say a prayer to G-d over wine in a special ceremonial wine goblet, and never drink blood. Blood of humans and animals is not Koshar. That is why Jews slaughter and prepare meat in a manner that removes as much blood as possible, including salting and soaking the meat before it is cooked, and cooking it long enough to remove traces of liquid blood. I painted this on the 4th of July, 2003, to show the
direction this country was (and still is) headed under the
Bush administration. It also confronted the absurd
display of "fanatical patriotism" following 9/11.

This country is going down the toilet (unjust occupation
of Iraq; torture of detainees; censorship; conservative
monopoly of medias; hiring more cops rather than
teachers; paying cops more than teachers; environmental
pollution; SUVs; lack of corporate accountability;
justice system's frequent disregard for equal protection;
Republicans' campaign to restrict freedoms
and civil rights; etc).

We'll remain in the toilet until we vote out the party
whose goal is to limit our freedoms!
